About the Asiga Pro 4K resin printer
Robust engineering, beautifully delivered. The PRO 4K combines the latest 4K imaging technology with Asiga’s well proven Smart Positioning System (SPS™) to produce a build volume 3x larger than our desktop 3D printers. Precision, reliability, speed and an Open Material System all come as standard to provide production continuity for the most demanding digital manufacturing environments. The PRO 4K incorporates pixel shifting technology to increase part accuracy and surface definition without affecting printing time. 4K mode is a standard feature on every PRO 4K. Native pixel mode is also available for scientific applications requiring deterministic pixel behaviour. At a pixel size of 46µm in 4K mode, the platform size is 176.5 x 99 x 200mm. While an even bigger build platform of 217 x 122 x 200mm can be realized at a pixel size of 56µm in 4K mode.

Liqcreate Strong-X is one of the strongest materials available in the market. Its flexural strength of 135MPa is comparable to industry’s leading dual-cure cyanate ester resins. Liqcreate Strong-X is easy to use on all open source SLA and DLP 3D-printers in the range of 385 – 405nm and only requires UV post-curing. This material has excellent features like high strength, high stiffness and high temperature resistance which makes it ideal for injection molding and heavy duty applications.

Liqcreate Clear Impact
Liqcreate Clear Impact is an optically clear photopolymer for SLA and DLP technologies in the range of 385 – 405nm. Parts created with Liqcreate Clear Impact are perfectly transparent, slightly flexible and have an excellent impact resistance. The high toughness of the material makes it ideal for the production of functional parts which are repeatedly exposed to stress. Low water absorption and weather resistance makes it perfect for outdoor applications.

Liqcreate Wax Castable
