The Anycubic Photon Mono was once one of the most capable and widely adopted monochrome‑LCD printers in the consumer and professional resin‑printing market, and selecting the right anycubic photon mono resin is essential for achieving the speed, accuracy, and reliability this machine is known for. Equipped with a 405 nm monochrome LCD, a 130 × 80 × 165 mm build volume, and a high‑resolution 51 µm pixel size, the Photon Mono delivers significantly faster curing and sharper detail reproduction than earlier RGB‑LCD printers. Its stronger light output allows it to process a broad range of third‑party materials, including all validated Liqcreate resins, with shorter exposure times and consistent layer formation.
Because the Photon Mono’s monochrome LCD transmits far more UV energy than traditional RGB screens, it behaves differently when selecting and tuning anycubic photon mono resin. Materials that were slow or difficult to cure on older systems now print efficiently, and engineering‑grade resins benefit from the printer’s 405 nm wavelength and more uniform light distribution. Liqcreate provides optimized exposure settings specifically tested on the Photon Mono platform, ensuring predictable curing behavior, excellent dimensional accuracy, and reliable performance across functional prototypes, dental models, miniatures, and high‑detail components.
Choosing the right anycubic photon mono resin directly influences print speed, surface finish, mechanical strength, and workflow efficiency. With its fast‑curing monochrome LCD, generous build size, and precise pixel resolution, the Photon Mono is an ideal match for Liqcreate’s engineering, dental, and specialty materials. Anycubic Photon Mono, a 2K monochrome LCD resin 3D-printer
The Anycubic Photon Mono has a 6 inch monochrome LCD display. With this new technology, the Photon Mono prints at unbelievable printing speeds, so that it only takes a few seconds per layer The monochrome LCD is also thermally stable and has a much longer service life than conventional LCD displays. You can print with it for over 2000 hours with the Anycubic Photon Mono resin 3D-printer. In addition, thanks to the larger LCD display, the Anycubic Photon Mono also has a slightly larger installation space of 130 x 80 x 165 mm.
New matrix light source
The new matrix light source has been redesigned and consists of several UV LED lights that have a more even exposure to cure the resin. This not only improves accuracy for the Anycubic Photon Mono, but also enables shorter exposure times for the resin and better heat dissipation.
