The printer’s optical output, spectral match, and exposure uniformity align well with the photoinitiator systems used in Liqcreate engineering, dental, flexible, and high‑performance resins. Because the M3’s LCD has a higher UV throughput than older RGB panels, exposure times can be reduced without compromising polymer conversion or mechanical strength. This is particularly beneficial for materials with higher viscosity, higher pigment loading, or tighter cure‑depth tolerances.
From a process‑engineering standpoint, tuning the Anycubic Photon M3 resin workflow requires careful balancing of exposure energy, lift mechanics, and resin rheology. The M3’s dual‑rail Z‑axis and laser‑textured build plate provide stable adhesion during the initial layers and consistent peel forces throughout the print.
